ENCORE CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS:
E101
This full day class covers the basics of the Encore HME system,
including correct table setup, entering account and patient data, and
making back-ups. We recommend this class to new clients, or
new/inexperienced operators.
E102
E102 is another full day class. It explains how to enter account
information, process orders, correct and rebill, record and update CMNs
and PAs, post insurance and patient payments, and use reports to balance
your AR. We recommend this class to operators who have previously taken
E101, or have equivalent experience.
E103
This full day class deals with claims processing and accounts receivable
management. Topics covered include how to print claim forms, invoices,
and statements, create and balance reports- including financial and
non-financial reports -and do EMC billing and auto-posting. We recommend
this class to operators who have previously taken E101 and E102, or have
equivalent experience, or to operators who would like to refresh their
billing skills.
E121
This half day class deals with inventory and how to manage it. Operators
will learn the relationship between the billing code table and the
inventory tables, how to setup inventory tables, track the history of an
item, and perform inventory receiving, adjustments, and transfers. This
class is typically taught on the same day as E122. We recommend E121 to
operators who have previously taken E101, E102, and E103, or have
equilavent experience.
E122
The last of the Encore HME training classes. It's a half- day class,
typically taught on the same day as E121, that covers the Encore HME
Purchase Ordering System. Operators that attend will learn how to create
purchase orders, determine quantities, track purchase orders, and create
and manage back orders. We recommend that operators taking this class
have previously completed each of the earlier classes, or have
equivalent experience.
