ADVOCARE CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS:
A101
This full day class teaches the fundamentals of the AdvoCare system.
Operators will learn how the tables control the system, how they
interact with each other, and how to set them up to meet your specific
billing needs. We recommend this class to new operators and new clients.
A102
Another full day class. This introduction to the billing process covers
how to start new accounts, enter and correct account and patient
information, and use the daily journal and Web Updates. We recommend
this class to operators who have previously taken A101.
A103
The focus of this full day class is medical hard copy billing and
accounts receivable management. Attending operators will learn how to
print hard copy claim forms, post transactions, correct and rebill, post
payments, bill secondary insurance, prepare and transmit electronic
claims, status inquiries, and response files from Medicare and Blue
Cross/Blue Shield, and make auto-posting payments. We recommend this
class to operators who have previously taken A101 and A102, or have
equivalent experience.
A121
This is a half day class explains how to use Appointment Manager,
including how to build and maintain tables, navigate the calendar, print
your appointment schedules, and use the analytical reports. We recommend
this class for operators who will be utilizing the Appointment Manager
software.
